I was at Tay Ninh with the 196th Lib USAF Tac Air Control Party from Aug 1966 to the middle of 1967 when we moved to Chu Lai and formed the Americal Division. I departed Chu Lai during TET 1968 . I returned to Viet Nam in 1969 and was assigned to Dalat in the central Highland for nine months. I was then assigned to Phan Rang for nine months departing RVN in the first part of 1971. I was assigned to Spain, Libya, Germany,and Turkey during my 23 years of service and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant  (E9) in 1985.
